I’m a writer shaped by journalism and driven by story. My work begins with curiosity—following questions, tracing details, and building narratives that make sense of the world as it is.
In journalism, I learned to listen closely, write with precision, and let the facts lead. That foundation continues to guide my work, whether I’m covering a story, developing longform pieces, or shaping content with a clear narrative focus. My background in content strategy adds another layer: an understanding of audience, structure, and how a story moves from information to impact.
I studied English and Linguistics at Western Oregon University and later became TEFL-certified, experiences that sharpened my attention to language and voice. Living abroad in Asia has further deepened that perspective, challenging me to see stories from multiple angles and to write with greater care and awareness.
At the center of it all is a simple aim: to tell stories that are clear, grounded, and worth paying attention to.
